When will my order ship?
Orders whose Zelle payment arrives by 1 pm Eastern, Monday to Friday, ship the same day. Rates and transit times are in our shipping policy.
I have placed an order. How do I pay?
Send the order total by Zelle to the recipient shown at checkout and in your order email, with your order number as the memo. Your order ships once the payment arrives.
Something arrived damaged or wrong
Email us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. You do not need to send anything back. See our returns and refunds policy.
Can I return an item I no longer need?
No. Vials and syringes are sterile goods, so they are final sale once delivered. Damaged, incorrect and faulty items are always put right.
Do you ship outside the US?
No, we deliver to US addresses only.
