Answers to the questions we are asked most about prices, shipping, payment and the product itself. Anything else: contact us.

Ordering and prices

Do I need a discount code?

No. There are no codes or members’ prices: the price on the page is the price at checkout, and larger packs are already priced lower per vial.

What is the cheapest way to buy?

Per mL, the 30 mL bottle in a 100-pack. Per vial, the lowest price in the outlet is $4.00. See cheapest bac water for every option ranked.

Is there a minimum order?

No. You can order a single vial.

Can I mix sizes in one order?

Yes. Any combination of sizes, packs and syringes ships together, and the whole order counts towards free shipping over $200.

Shipping

When will my order ship?

Orders paid by 1 pm Eastern, Monday to Friday, ship the same day. Later orders go out the next business day.

How much is shipping?

Standard (2 to 5 business days) is $12.99, free over $200. UPS 2nd Day Air is $25.99 and UPS Next Day Air $52.99.

Do you ship outside the US?

No. We deliver to US addresses only.

Will I get tracking?

Yes. A tracking number is emailed when your order ships.

Payment

How do I pay?

Payment is by Zelle: the details are shown at checkout and in your order email, and your order ships once the payment reaches us.

When is my order dispatched if I pay by Zelle?

Once the Zelle payment reaches us. Using your order number as the memo lets us match it straight away.

Returns

Can I return bac water I no longer need?

No. Bacteriostatic water and syringes are sterile products, so they are final sale once delivered.

What if something arrives damaged or wrong?

Email us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We replace the item or refund it, and you do not need to send anything back. See our returns policy.

The product

What is bacteriostatic water?

Is BAC water the same as bacteriostatic water?

Yes. BAC water is a common short name for bacteriostatic water.

Is bacteriostatic water the same as sterile water?
