Why bigger bottles and bigger packs cost less
Much of the cost of a vial is the vial itself: the container, stopper, seal, label and handling cost much the same whether it holds 3 mL or 30 mL. A larger bottle spreads those costs over more millilitres, and a larger pack spreads packing and handling over more vials. That is why the price per mL falls in both directions in the table above.
Three ways to buy 30 mL
The same 30 mL of bacteriostatic water costs very different amounts depending on how it is packaged:

The single bottle is the cheapest. Smaller vials cost more for the same volume, but you get more separately sealed vials, which some buyers prefer.
Shipping can change the answer
