Sterile goods are final sale
Because they are sterile, vials, kits and syringes cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered unless something is wrong with the order.

Damaged on arrival, the wrong product or pack size, or a faulty or broken seal: email support@bacwateroutlet.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We replace the item or refund it, and you keep or dispose of the original.
Refunds
We refund to your original payment method. Shipping is refunded when the fault is ours or the parcel arrived damaged.
