This policy explains what Bac Water Outlet (bacwateroutlet.com) collects when you shop with us and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you order: your name, email address, phone number if given, billing and delivery address, the items you buy and how you paid. When you browse: standard server logs kept by our host, including IP address and browser type, for security.
Why
To process, ship and support your order, to answer you, and to keep the records tax and accounting rules require. We do not send marketing email unless you ask us to.
Who else sees it
Our web host runs the site. Shipping carriers receive your name and delivery address. Payments are made by Zelle through your bank; we see only that the payment arrived. We do not sell or rent personal information.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Other details are deleted when they are no longer needed for your order.
Your choices
Ask us at support@bacwateroutlet.com to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. We reply within 30 days.
